Be sure to utilize the features of our interactive website.
Update your membership information to include hours of operation, a description of your business, and key words for search engines to look for.
“Hot Deals” any special or coupon that your business is offering can be added to the website at no charge.
“Member to Member Deals” any specials for Chamber members only can be added to the website at no charge.
“Member to Member forum” log into the website and ask other chamber members questions in a private business forum.
If you have an event going on you can post it to the Events Calendar on the website at no cost.
Use our online registration and credit card payment options for your convenience.

Mailing Labels
The chamber will print two sets of labels per year at no cost. After the two sets there is a $15.00 charge or the chamber database can be sent in excel format at no cost.
Send postcards, flyers, etc. to a ready made, up to date mailing database of almost 300 members.
Community Events
If you have a fundraiser or your business is part of a fundraiser or no cost activity please send us the information to include in our weekly community events e-mail that goes out to over 500 email addresses in and around the community.
Advertising opportunities
Business cards and brochures of all chamber members are displayed at the chamber office for no cost.
All members in the master of ceremonies program get “upgraded” advertising opportunities in our weekly newsletter and on our website, as well as at our major events throughout the year. Please see Tiffany for more information.
The Chamber began offering a paid E-Blast Program for our members in 2019. This program is a great low-cost way to advertise using the Chamber email contacts, Facebook, and website. The cost is $50 for one E-Blast and $25 each E-Blast if you send out the same E-Blast announcement more then once. We will be sending these out individually twice a week. Scheduling is done on a first-come-first-served basis. For more information on our E-Blast Program please contact Annika for more information.
Look for new web advertising opportunities coming in 2019 – these will include banner ads, preferred listings, and much more.
Additional Marketing/Advertising Opportunities are available through the Village Wide Raffle, our annual Community Book & Directory, annual New Member Bags, sponsorship of events throughout the year, and much more. Please talk to Tiffany or Annika for more information.
Ribbon Cuttings
The Chamber will do ribbon cuttings for any new or remodeled business or organization at no cost. We will bring the media, Ambassadors, ribbon, and scissors. You just have to bring yourself! Contact Gayle or Tiffany to schedule a date.
Weekly E-Newsletter
Every new member gets an initial new member article in our weekly newsletter to help promote your business.
We also put press releases in the newsletter so if your business gets an award, you promote an employee, or are looking at expanding – let us know!!

Newcomer Packets and Community Information
We have relocation packets and community demographics available at the chamber office (great for realtors!). Contact Gayle if you would like copies. Relocation packets are $1.00 per packet for Chamber members, $2.00 per packet for non-chamber members.
