Elemental Wellness Full Day Retreat
This day-long retreat is an immersive experience exploring your interconnectivity with nature and others. We strongly recommend participants to attend at least one of the four elements workshops that lead up to this event. With an emphasis on relational, nature-based and expressive art practices, attendees will explore resilience and connection from the lessons of the four primary elements: Fire, Earth, Water, and Air.
This retreat will also include work with horses, on the ground. (There will be no riding) Horses are a mirror into the human dynamic, offering lessons of the heart and the mind. You will be amazed at what they can show you.Who: anyone 16 years old and up
