Game Day is Saturday, May 10.  Bus leaves at 11:15am from Green RX™ at the Eagle Plaza Shopping Center – 815 Phillips Blvd – Sauk City.  The bus will bring you back to the Eagle Plaza Shopping Center.  Plan on arriving back between 9/930ish pm.

Parking

You can leave your vehicle for the day at the shopping center.  We ask that you park and fill in the spots furthest away from the Shopping Center ( Spots closest to Hwy 12 )

We ask that you please arrive no later than 10:50 am, this will allow us to check you in so we know who is on the bus.  We also ask that minors are accompanied by an adult.

food & beverages

Food and beverages are allowed on the bus, including alcohol.  We do however ask that you please clean up after yourself.  Small coolers are allowed, but are not permitted to be on the seats or in the aisle.  NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE PERMITTED.  NO SMOKING/VAPING IS PERMITTED.

The Green Bay Blizzards have given us 250 tickets for the game, but we are only able to have 72 people on the bus.  The bus will be a Badger Coach bus, which will have WIFI, bathroom and two levels.  Last year most of the kids hung out on the upper level.  We will be bringing playing cards this year for the ride.

The tickets are a first come basis.  The charter is a first come basis, but if it fills, we will definitely look into a second.  This year we are expected to fill quick as the Green Bay Blizzards have invited the Sauk Prairie Cheer Team to the half time events.

We do encourage driving to the event as well.  It is around a 2.2 hour drive.  Parking is right next to the Resch Center’s main entrance and runs 10.00 – 20.00 

All tickets include a snack voucher for a hot dog and soda at the game.  There are normal concessions at the stadium as well.  No carry-ins are allowed into the venue.  

Tickets will be available for pick up in mid April – We will notify you when they are ready for pick up and when you can grab them, or if you are on the charter, you can collect them the day of the trip, or request that they be mailed to you, at no charge.
