Music on the Mound

Join the Friends of Blue Mound State Park for the return of the outdoor music series Saturdays this summer at Blue Mound State Park. Beginning July 1 through August 26 from 6-8 PM a variety of musicians and groups will perform in the outdoor amphitheater at the top of the park.

Music Schedule

July 1 – Just Dave
Dave plays all of the instruments, one at a time through recording pedals so it sounds like a full band!

July 8 – KG & The Ranger
A musical journey through the sagebrush…they yodel in harmony and keep the audience entranced with bits of history about the cowboy songs they sing. Fun for all ages!

July 15 – Madison Classical Guitar
Enjoy beautiful Classical, Celtic and Flamenco guitar.

July 22 – Guy Fields & Friends
A great mix of blues & country songs for your listening pleasure.

July 29 – Common Chord
Four-part harmonies, toe-tapping swingy numbers, folk and bluegrass, bluesy tunes, acoustic rock/pop songs and more.

August 5 – Norman’s Point
Everything from the Grateful Dead to Jazz!

August 12 – Corey Mathew Hart
An award-winning singer/songwriter…his beautiful voice has amazed audiences for years. A mix of American, folk & more.

August 19 – Old Oaks Music
Music ranges from 12-string renditions of classic tunes to melodious folk-jazz originals.

August 26 – Mike’s Mud Music
A variety of styles from folk, blues, pop, jazz, country & bluegrass.
