2024 Norwegian Baking Workshop

Where?    Mt. Horeb Community Center, 107 N. Grove Street, Mt. Horeb, WI 53572

Why?        Sharing the food culture and customs of the Norse people
 
What?      We will be teaching how to make lefse and a variety of other holiday delights.
 
When?       Saturday, November 2, 2024
           
Who?        Bring multiple generations of your family. Children 9 and over are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
 
Cost?        $25.00 per person
 
*Please bring Ziploc® bags to take home samples for your holiday table!
 
8:30 AM ARRIVAL - Enjoy warm vaffler (waffles) to start your day accompanied by your choice of coffee, milk, or juice.

9:00 AM-12 NOON - Move through baking stations to learn the techniques of producing each item.
