Upland Hills Health is seeking new mothers, expecting moms, or women who plan to start a family to participate in a focus group.
As a growing rural healthcare system with a Birth Center in our Dodgeville hospital and OB/GYN services
available in all our clinics, we want to better understand the needs of women in the Mount Horeb area as they choose a hospital and provider to support them with their birth experience and beyond.
Please join us for an hour-long focus group discussion to share your opinions and help us better serve our communities as they grow their families.
