Position Details:

Responsibilities:

As a Grounds Team Member, you will work alongside our Facilities and Grounds Manager to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our park grounds, buildings, and cave. Duties may include:

• General grounds maintenance, including lawn care, planting, pruning, and weeding.

• Brush cutting and invasive species removal to help preserve native habitats.

• Stay alert to more serious maintenance issues and report them to a supervisor.

• Cave and outdoor area care to maintain visitor safety and experience.

• Use and care of tools and equipment to complete tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable with physical work (walking, bending, lifting, kneeling, and climbing stairs).

• Familiarity with lawn care tools and equipment, i.e. lawn mower.

• Must be 16 years or older and perhaps have a valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, seasonality, and weather.

Compensation & Benefits:
