Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through your exceptional bartending skills and outstanding customer service. With a passion for mixology and an eye for detail, you will contribute to our vibrant and energetic atmosphere, ensuring our guests have a delightful experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering their questions
• Take customers' orders accurately and promptly, ensuring their satisfaction
• Prepare garnishes and ingredients for drinks, ensuring they are fresh and of high quality
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Maintain stock levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary

Requirements

• Experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines, and the ability to make recommendations based on customer preferences. 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
• Must have a valid certification in responsible alcohol service
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Shift starts at 3:00 PM to prepare the lounge area for service beginning at 4:00 PM
