Hostess

We are looking for a warm and friendly individual to join our team as a Hostess. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience. Your exceptional customer service skills and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for our guests' visit, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable
• Manage the reservations and seat guests in a timely manner, balancing efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations
• Provide accurate information about the menu and answer any questions guests might have
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including regular monitoring and cleaning of tables
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Take reservations by phone or in person

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and reliability, with excellent time management skills
