Hours: 7-12 per event, primarily weekends

Location: Telsaan Tea in Mount Horeb, WI and various events in South Central Wisconsin
Description: Take tea to markets and events and sell it. This job is fast-paced, changes constantly, is physically and mentally demanding, and requires working outdoors in nearly every weather condition. After a long, hard day of work you might have drank an entire gallon of water (or perhaps iced tea) and still feel dehydrated.
This job usually has no events in January, one event per month in February-April, and 2-3 events per month in May-December. Expect to spend a half or full day in the store each week in addition to working at events.

You must have a valid driver's license. You must have your own reliable vehicle that can transport a canopy tent, boxes of merchandise, weights, and other event supplies.
It is necessary to be able to write clear notes and understand written communication on both paper and on electronic devices. Physical requirements include standing and walking for up to 12 hours, talking up to 10 hours, driving (with breaks, and also with brakes), lifting up to 60 lbs repetitively for short durations, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 15 lbs overhead.
The ideal candidate is pragmatic, comfortable working independently, exhibits strong problem-solving skills, and can think on their feet. They must be personable, considerate, and capable of committing to a schedule. Must be willing to try tea and learn about it.
