Tea Packager and Store Clerk

Description (Packager): Fill packages of tea. This job is repetitive and is more numerical than you're probably expecting it to be. After a long, hard day of work you might smell like lavender and cinnamon.

Description (Store Clerk): Assist customers with finding tea, filling orders, checkout, blending tea, cleaning, and merchandizing. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

This job has fewer hours January-March and more hours October-December annually.

It is necessary to be able to write clear notes and understand written communication on both paper and on electronic devices. Physical requirements include standing most of the time with some breaks, lifting up to 35 lbs for short durations, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 10 lbs overhead.

The ideal candidate pays meticulous attention to details, is curious, and is willing to learn about tea. You should be able to remain focused and work quickly on tasks until completion. We want you to be enthusiastic about helping customers and your fellow teammates.
