Driving Change for Special Needs Families: Swing for a Cause Charity Golf Fundraiser
Morgan’s Caring Connection invites you to join us on March 2, 2025 12 – 4pm, at The Bogey Factory for our inaugural Swing for a Cause Charity Golf Fundraiser! This event is a day of fun, friendly competition, and community impact, where every swing helps families with special needs dependents secure their futures.
Why It Matters:
According to the CDC, 14% of adults in Wisconsin—approximately 827,540 people—are living with a cognitive disability. Despite this, families often face overwhelming challenges in securing their loved ones’ long-term care. Estate planning costs average $5,000, making it inaccessible for many. Morgan’s Caring Connection is on a mission to bridge this gap, and your participation makes a difference.
In 2025, we’ve already approved five family applications for funding and have three more awaiting approval. But the demand for support continues to grow, and we need more estate planning attorneys to join our professional network to meet these critical needs.
Event Details:
Registration Fees:
- Kids NOT golfing or under 12: FREE
- Adults NOT golfing: $15/person
- Kids under 12 golfing participants: $20/person
- Early Bird Kids 12+ & Adult golfers: $35/person (Register by February 15, 2025)
- Standard Kids 12+ & Adult golfers: $40/person (After February 15, 2025, or day of event)
Rental Clubs: Available at no charge
What’s Included:
Participants will enjoy a variety of competitive games across four golf bays:
- Closest to the Pin Challenge
- Longest Drive Contest
- Mini Golf (3 holes, points-driven)
- Bullseye Challenge (points-driven) Prizes awarded for 1st and 2nd place winners!
Other Activities:
- Silent Auction with exciting items to bid on
- Bourbon Raffle for a chance to win a premium bottle
- Cash Bar featuring a signature drink with proceeds supporting MCC
