Morgan’s Caring Connection announces a heartfelt and inspiring live broadcast on WORT-FM 89.9, airing on Monday, December 2, from 7:00–8:00 PM.
This special hour will spotlight:
- The mission: To empower families with special needs dependents by providing essential grants to cover legal fees for wills, trusts, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, guardianship and other critical documents.
- The community impact: Stories from a family who received a grant, a board member and a business owner that is in our professional network.
Morgan’s Caring Connection Story
Morgan’s Caring Connection was established following the unexpected loss of Morgan. In the aftermath, the overwhelming challenges highlighted the importance of proactive planning and access to resources for families with special needs dependents in times of loss.
For over 25 years, Morgan’s family faced the unique difficulties of raising a child with special needs, carefully planning for her to outlive them. The unimaginable reversed this plan, revealing a profound need to support families in similar circumstances. Inspired by Morgan’s legacy, the organization provides education, resources, and financial assistance, helping families navigate loss and long-term planning with resilience and preparedness.

The live event will share Morgan’s Caring Connection story, highlight perspectives from others that have been helped or are a part of our organization in some way, and provide practical ways for listeners to get involved. It will feature heartfelt stories and valuable insights while encouraging support to create a brighter future for families in need.
