Perry Lutheran Celebrates 170 years!

Perry Lutheran Church is 170 Years Old
 
Perry Lutheran Church in Daleyville is celebrating 170 years of ministry on Sunday, November 10, 2024 in conjunction with their annual confirmation reunion.  Early Norwegian settlers in the area formed the church in 1854, and many of the current congregation members are descendants of the original founders. 
 
All former confirmands are invited to come home to Perry for the day.  Honored classes at this year’s confirmation reunion include 1939, 1944, 1949, 1954, 1959, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1984, 1994 and 1999.  Worship begins at 9:00 and will be followed by a brunch in Fellowship Hall.  All are welcome.
